Well I had it as a 5 star review up until after the papers were signed. They promised me the set up and hook up would be done for me as I asked about it at least 5 times, drew a map of the campsite since I am 300 miles away. The driver picks up unit and nothing is done to prepare him for a trip into the woods. Driver calls me and said he just drops them off. So I would say get it in writing before you sign up. Ethically and morally I'm disappointed. Customer service is dead after they know they got ya.

Monday isn't a federal Holiday as of yet. Trump just declared it a federal Holiday so a lot of places are going to be open. Myrtle Beach has dozens of camper repair companies a lot of them are private run so contact one of them and i can almost guarantee you will get someone who isn't busy. Just ask Lake Wood or Pirate Land it even Ocean Lakes who they use and you can get a person to do it Monday with no problems
