Everyone I've met is courteous and knowledgeable, but for the last year or so I've been unable to get an appointment that's less than 3 months out, leaving the only option available to pay double the price for a "walk-in". I understand the need to cater to emergency visits, but it feels very unfair to make long-term customers pay double for any issue that can't wait 3 months. I love our vet, but I'm considering switching because I simply can't afford to pay double every time.

It's absolutely ridiculous to provide boarding services but not allow any way to contact boarding on Saturday. I'm supposed to drop my dog off today but I cannot reach anyone to cancel. Also what if there was an emergency where I needed to contact someone?? Not good planning!!!!!!😠

Friendly staff, but what’s the point in having a local vet if the only way to see them for a health issue is by paying an “emergency” fee? My pet has an issue, I know it’s not life threatening, but it probably needs medical care. That’s what vets are for. If you’re an emergency only clinic, then please be honest and just call yourself that! I’ve never encountered an office where you can’t book a reasonably soon, regular appointment for your pet as needed. Booking a month out?? I’m assuming they limit their appointment availability on purpose in order to force folks into an “emergency” walk-in fee.

Didn't have an appointment but able to wait less than 2 hours to see a doctor. Doctor and staff very friendly and professional.

My dog is not due for a rabies vaccine until next year but I'd make an appointment for that. They have a sign up in the lobby stating that walk ins will be charged $90.00 and the wait time is longer than if you have an appointment.

There is one table that lifts. Often times, the veterinarian will get on the floor at the dog's level as well.
