Horrible horrible, hopefully the the funeral homes will stop directing business here. I paid $135 for a large basket display with frest cut flowers for my aunt's funeral. Only to recieve a small table top basket about 6 inches in diameter with no fresh cut flowers. It was such an embarrassment. They said they would be happy to redeliver 3 days after the funeral. SMH. Buyer beware when ordering flowers from the funeral homes website if they use these guys. I looked at the funeral home florest sign in sheet to verify that this company was the one who delivered.

Ordered an arrangement to be delivered before mother's day and never got delivered. I left two messages and have called and emailed. No response. This is by far the worse flower company I have ever dealt with. Should not be in business. Don't call yourself #1 flower shop when you can't even call your customers back. They don't pay a small price to earn such diservice.
