Making a purchase at Ashley Furniture Home-store was the biggest mistake I’ve made. I experienced the WORST services ever with the goodlettsville store, customer care call center, the CORPORATE office, and the Escalades call center, speaking with them all I received RUDE UN-ACCEPTABLE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES. They all didn’t assist my needs and concerns about my order purchase. On 10/6/22 Ashley delivery team delivered damaged cracked and chipped furniture into my home.The delivery team damaged my flooring by kicking tossing and dragging my furniture around my home my floor have dents holes and scratches all due to the delivery team not properly doing their job. I reached out within the time frame about this matter and couldn’t get no assistance. The delivery team work performance is HORRIBLE and they need to be held accountable for their unprofessional and lazy work ethics. I’ve been going through so much with trying to actually get some help about this poor experience purchasing from Ashley. I’ve never experienced anything like what I’m dealing with here at Ashley Home-store. Ashley Home-store don’t appreciate and value the customers. Customers are “ALWAYS RIGHT” if it wasn’t for the paying customers Ashley furniture Home-store wouldn’t be in business “WE” the customers give you all business and that’s why the store associates work daily because of paying customers NO customers no business. Ashley furniture should treat their customers a lot more better. It’s not fair that I spent my hard earned money on furniture and it arrived damaged and there’s no accommodations being made in exchange. My flooring is damaged and nothing also is being done.Ashley furniture Home-store is a RIP-OFF they take your money and deliver you damaged defective furniture.

Update: I reached out via email to Ashley customer service after seeing the cookie cutter reply to my review. Someone named Donna Howard replied one time to assure me that my issues would be resolved and to say that going forward she would be my point of contact. I’ve emailed her twice more over the last 5 or 6 days and haven’t gotten a reply yet. I finally called the store again in hopes of getting my issues resolved. ASHLEY HOMESTORE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. Original review: My furniture was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago but was delayed due to some pieces not coming in. Delivery was rescheduled for yesterday. That was no problem as I’m fully aware of shipping delays. The problem is that they showed up yesterday and still didn’t have everything. They didn’t bring the bed rails so couldn’t assemble the bed. The delivery guys were rude and just stared at me when I asked questions. I finally got one of them to give me the customer service number to call. I called CS and she said that the rails were in the warehouse and that she was requesting a team to bring them to my house yesterday and assemble my bed so I would have a bed to sleep on. That was At 10:00 AM. I didn’t hear anything back so I called at 2:45 PM to see what the status was. I’ve was told that none of the managers were answering their phones or emails. What kind of company are they running???? I was promised a return call in 15 mins after they had time to research and try to get someone to answer the phone and emails at the distribution center. After an hour I finally called the Madison store and spoke with Ms Ross. She was friendly and understanding and said that she would research and call me back asap. I finally called her back after getting crickets and was told that she couldn’t get a response from anyone at distribution either. Again, what kind of company is this???? I called CS again this morning and was told that it’ll be at least 2 weeks before they bring the rails. I requested for them to come pick up the headboard and footboard because they are big and blocking my closet door. They said that they can’t do that. Next I called the Madison store and asked to speak to the store manager Jason Gross. He REFUSED to come to the phone. REFUSED!!! I could hear him in the background telling the lady that answered that he couldn’t help me. I’ma business owner and would fire any manager that works for me that pulled a stunt like that. I’m a patient person and realize that things happen but it’s the attitude and lack of concern by the delivery guys and store manager that’s causing me to leave this one star review. The lack of professionalism and follow through by Ashley Furniture will keep me from doing any future business with them as well as cause me to warn others to stay away also. I was warned by someone about Ashley Furniture but didn’t listen. Lesson learned.

I have been dealing with this particular ashley furniture store since March of 2022. First it took three months to receive our sofa. The sofa was delivered damaged and we were told a new sofa would be sent out. 2 months later the same exact issue. Yet another sofa was re-delivered, same issue, damaged. I went to the showroom and asked if I could order a dining table with a buffet table in exchange. Sales manager said no problem the table would take about 2 months to be delivered (that was early August) its now Octber 9th. No table and no idea when it will be delivered. I will never do business with Ashley Furniture again!!!

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ashley HomeStore has committed itself to provide a clean, safe shopping environment for all team members and guests. We've implemented additional safety measures, and are closely following the social distancing guidelines from the CDC. For stores located in states where they have mandated the use of masks in public, we will follow with those set guidelines. We are a fever-free zone. All of our team members are checked for fever using touchless thermometers at the start of every shift. This is our policy and we are dedicated to abiding by it.
