Terrible management horrible and completely unprofessional. They do not care about your problems and in no way shape or form try to help you or take care of you. They treat people how they want and no common sense. Zero customer service skills and they might as well be fast food employees. Don’t waste your time here because they won’t be up for much longer.

UPDATE: The issues continue and I gave more than the required 60 Day Vacate notice. I continue to request information related to charges through email and the residents portal. All requests have been ignored. I have retained a lawyer and filed a new BBB complaint as well as a Consumer complaint with the State of Tennessee. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. However, there are services beyond their control that make living in these apartments an unpleasant experience. First, you forced to pay $26/month for valet trash service that doesn't pick up your trash half the time. As a new tenant, I was given a nasty old can to put outside my apartment door. It is an eye sore and some days the trash service wants my bag in the can and some days it does not. Second, maintenance requests take forever to get addressed. Upon move-in my dishwasher was broken and full of stinky water. It took over a month to get the yucky, moldy water drained, then over two months to get a new dishwasher. Currently, I have a request in to fix a kitchen drawer because a screw for the track fell out that is two weeks old. The breeze way in my apartment building is dirty with trash. The parking lot has garages full of garbage where doors are left open. The residents' security gate has been out-of- service for almost two months. The pool is frequently closed and the gym has broken equipment that has been there since I moved in three months ago. I am very disappointed in these apartments and do not plan to stay past my year lease unless things change significantly.

We have models of the one bedroom and smaller two bedroom, so we're always available during normal office hours for tours. Additionally, we do offer self guided tours and virtual tours.
The smaller two bedroom still has two bathrooms, but the bedrooms are side by side. The larger two bedroom is a split floor plan. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and both bedrooms have walk-in closets.
