They should answer or call back. I have asked them if they are having problems with their answering machine. Because I have left messages and no call back. Then other times they have called right back.
Yes sir. I do know that they've been busy, as well as backed up due to the lockdown. I waited for a month and a half to get my cat in. First appointment was last week and today he had surgery... I would call again tomorrow and leave a message if needed.
We do take walk-ins, but honor appointments first and stay booked out about two weeks so it's best if you call ahead, just to be sure we can get you in. If there's no way we think we would be able to help you, we will suggest another area clinic for you to try. We do have two built in times for emergencies daily, but those times are reserved for current clients. Thanks for your question.
You can walk in but its definitely best to call ahead because like Jessica said they are very busy
