Professional staff that are friendly. Only had 2 staff when I was there. Two before me and when I was finished there were a lot of people waiting. One staff member had to leave for a driver's test. That left only one person to take care of a lot of people by herself. I'm glad I got there when I did, or I might still be there. Make sure if you are the executor of an estate, bring the death certificate(s) and the executor document. I needed all of that even tho I called the day before and was told I didn't need the death certificates. And hey, it's IL so getting 2 titles changed will break you!

How much is a title transfer for a pull behind trailer
There is a certain amount you have of tax you have to pay for a gifted vehicle. Can not remember exactly what it is. Best if you give them a call and they will explain to you what you need to do. They won't pin you down on either way.
