If my fine is due on thr 15th and i dont have it utill tje 18th will i still have to appear in court that month

i have a speeding ticket i was trying to pay on line...while i'm able to find the ticket it doesn't give me the option to pay. also, the officer gave me a # to call to take steps for the ticket to not show on my record but that # is not working #
