He can do all sorts of small gas motor devices, but he won"t attempt those that are "just not worth it".
Assuming you have gas, proper oil levels, etc. Check if the spark plug clip is loose. What happens when you try to start? if it pulls too easily and the engine isn't turning over, you may have broken the flywheel pin/key.
