I was evaluating this store's hot tubs and that of two competitors. Pool King had the best prices, and I am happy to report that the installation and service after the sale were also excellent. The configuration on the tub needed to be corrected on the day of install. The sales manager came out within 15 mins, referred it to the service tech, who fixed the problem same day. The sales manager even called me that evening making sure everything was taken care of.

I went there this morning, 9/10/22 at about 10:00 AM. The two men running the store were extremely disrespectful and unhelpful, and after getting a second opinion, It was apparent that they had no idea what they were talking about. I went in for a water test. They used a test strip, which I could easily do at home. When you go to a pool store, you want to make sure your home tests match the pool stores. They didn't use a test kit or anything. Useless. Don't waste your time here.
