Water again taste like pencil lead for me and neighbors. This happens often, and I've reported several times before. I feel like we need a recorded message just like we get when we get a boil order instead of the letter that only a chemist could total up the risk. Really makes our water undrinkable and scary to actually taste lead. Is this in high lead report for this area? They told us before a chemical added but don't think it should taste like lead🤷♀️. Money down the drain only.

Hello Joe. Yes, there is a drop box located on the south side of the building next to the sidewalk. It’s a brick podium with a sign that says drop box and you can drive right up to it and put your items in.
Hello Judy- Your bill mailed Jan 28th and is due February 15th. We have no control over bills once they leave the office, but if you have an email address we can email you your bill each month. Hi Mark- That’s a great question. Here are some of our payment options. You can pay online at ejbilling.com, pay at any Dieterich Bank branch location (including Newton). We can set your account up for automatic bank withdrawls or recurring credit card. You can also send a check to our office at PO Box 8 Dieterich, IL 62424. I hope this helps. Stephanie

The same thing in Rosamond. They won't bleed the air out of the lines close to the break when it happens. It took 3 months last summer till my water cleared up.
