The management team at Ed's are awesome. They treated me and my husband like we were part of their family. We've been going there for car repairs since the first month moving to Fayetteville. We don't see any future plans of going anywhere else to get car repairs, unless Ed's give us the okay, with reason being (they don't do the type of repairs that may be needed at the time. I went to the Owen Rd. location. Absolutely stellar service. Kirstin went above and beyond - I had a moment of panic when I thought I was stuck without cash for a cab, Kirstin was going to make sure I got home safely no matter what it took. Fortunately, I did have some cash buried in my wallet. Besides that, their prices are affordable, their staff is knowledgeable, and they don't play games. If they can't fix a thing with one of their specialists, they will refer you to a local specialist who can. Will definitely be using their services again.
