As I write this review I am filled with hurt and anger!! I am definitely traumatized by the way that Colvin Funeral Home handled my grieving mother over my brother. They threatened to call the police several times after getting in her face and telling her to be quiet. We lost our brother and she lost her son. How dare you tell her or anyone of that matter how to grieve? The viewing as well as the service was handled in a very unprofessional manner. When dealing with a hostile situation morally you remain neutral!

Yesterday 2/8/2022 Colvin Funeral Home gave my mother Pamela Johnson a great going home celebration. My mother was very sick and the way how Colvin staff handled my mother was very delicate and with care. It was as if my mother became a relative to them. Honestly, I was very skeptical on the location, but never judge a book by its cover. The service was top notch. At the end Colvin personally made a tapestry folded it up and handed it to me the oldest son. Again the service was breathe taking and amazing. I would truly recommend this funeral home to anyone. Thank you once again.

No one wants to go through the grief that comes along with saying goodbye to a loved one. Colvin Funeral Home made this experience easy and they showed that this wasn’t just a job for them. They went out of their way to ensure that our family had everything we needed to make this process as easy as possible.
