This is the 2nd time my family has worked with Wilmington Funeral & Cremation. Both times they helped make a painful time in our lives more bearable. Their compassion, friendliness and helpfulness made the process painless. I would highly recommend their services. Kindall Blanks helped us this time. Everyone we talked to was compassionate and welcoming and always available to answer any questions we had.

Details were missed and upon discovering what had been missed, I was given the run around between the bookkeeper and Elizabeth and tossed between the two. A very simple issue that was overlooked has taken more than 6 phone calls, multiple emails and 2 weeks to correct. On top of all.of this, Elizabeth chose to become argumentative and nobody will accept responsibility. As a grieving father, this is just unacceptable on many levels.
