Unfortunately compassion is something the staff here do have an issue with. You’d think being in this business it’d be second nature to understand what a family could be going through. Reading cdc guidelines off a paper and then happily listing prices off isn’t the service we’re looking for. If you do have the opportunity to go with dale, I’d recommend literally anyone else.

My father was cremated by Andrews and when I went to pick up the death certificate, I asked if his ashes were available. The lady at the desk called on the phone and asked (where I could hear) if my father was finished being processed and then came back to the desk to tell me to pick up his ashes tomorrow as they need to cool down! A little heartless. Use someone else.

Our family was extremely pleased with the exceptional service we received from Andrews Mortuary. Mr. Mike Pepper helped us with the preparation for the funeral service of our Mom. He was very professional, compassionate and patient. Later at the cemetery we talked with Mr. Scott Andrews who made sure that everything went flawlessly there. The entire staff did a wonderful job. We would highly recommend Andrews Mortuary to anyone.

So, the services and accommodations and everything were superb, however, when leaving the service for my dear friend, I asked where I could find a restroom before I left. I wish you could have seen the manner in which we were answered. Like totally irritated and out of patience. He threw his arm to the side and very exasperatedly explained where the restroom was like he couldn't believe we had the audacity to need the facilities. When we came out of the restrooms, he was standing at the front door holding it open like he had been totally inconvenienced by us. I get having a bad day but man, when you have a service of grieving family and friends, maybe you should have just called out from work. NOT OK.
