I'm not sure about their service or parts selection or prices compared with others. I came here with my boyfriend who is a mechanic but the fact that they were open until midnight and had the part he needed speaks volumes. Their bathroom was clean, too which after an two hour drive was a relief!

I made big mistake for brought my truck here, my truck need diagnose check engine and alignment nothing serious but they took 8 days for just keeping my truck in yard doing nothing. and reception keep lying we gonna start your truck next but all lies. And they charged me 480$ for useless check engine code read.... And last i waited 90 min for just pull up my truck. Terrible place

I Bring truck here for air leak and cruise control issue, they did not fix both of them. Truck sit 5 days. İf fact, they massed with truck, they caused More problems that There wasnt before! truck engine light on and some other issues. They were asking way more money for the truck they did not fix and they broke the truck. Do not bring Your truck here if you dont want them to mess with Your truck! They asked money to release the truck. This Volecity truck center intentionally broke this truck. They got paid. 4 hours after receiving the money, they released the truck. If you have any sense, do not bring your truck here!
