We are so impressed with the service we received after our brakes went out while traveling through Emporia, VA. The tow truck arrived early and brought us to their super clean and professional auto shop. O'Berry's mechanics got us back on the road within an hour! I was broke down all night and when they opened in the morning, I called and asked if they could fit me in. I was down hard and they were the only Auto repair facillity in the area that said they would try hard to fit me in and get me repaired. They were straight shooters and informed me that they would be able to fit me in. They fixed me up and I was back on the road. While waiting, I understood how extremely busy they are. These guys were up front amd kept me informed of parts arrival and repair time. Im very Grateful to God and to O'Berrys auto repair. Came for a simple car inspection, they had my car for hours and failed me for a exhaust system that has nothing to do with the car being DRIVABLE, and did more than necessary, trying to charge me 1000s after a INSPECTION, ridiculous prices and ridiculous service, never coming back👎
