Wonderful experience, would highly recommend to anybody, great to work with and helped me out greatly on providing everything I needed to support my case, without them I would not have gotten the outcome in court that I did

Attorney Mark Hurt’s office helped me with a speeding ticket in Caroll County, Virginia. Laura Knowles from their office was extremely helpful and responsive, explaining the whole process and answering any questions I had.

Absolutely impeccable representation by Mr. Hurt. He got me a massive reduction with a speeding ticket by following his instructions. And I’m from New York and I didn’t have to drive 15 hours to appear. Also, I can’t forget to mention his wonderful staff. Laura in particular was so very helpful in explaining to me what I needed to do, and her communication was immaculate. Very pleased with the service I received, would recommend!!!

Laura was highly motivated in making sure all of my issues were covered and her response time was as efficient and proficient as any I've ever recieved.I have very little time to handle matters such that I retained the services of Mark T.Hurt to represent me for ,so the superior assistance Laura provided was very much appreciated. The outcome was to my advantage and everything went according to Laura's initial consultation in a very expedited manner...I'd highly recommend this law firm simply because of her due diligence alone..."OUTSTANDING"

I was injured while moving heavy machinery at work and now have severe back pain. Do y'all offer representation for this sort of thing?

If you have been injured on the job, you should immediately notify your supervisor about the accident. Even if you do not think you need medical attention, you should still report your injury. Next, you should file a workers’ compensation claim with the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission.

Yes, while every case is different, our firm routinely is able to get reckless driving tickets reduced to zero points or dismissed if the client is willing to attend a certified driving course.
