It's not the same over this place as it use to be 720 not worth the price in building 3. When my downstairs neighbors smoke the scent rises to my apartment that's how strong it be. When others have company it's no parking space close until the a.m time when their company all gone.

Very nice apartments, I love the space wash and dyer hook up and the dishwasher, patio very nice apartments

Basic cable included in the rent but the company sucks with many outages which are annoying and the children here are unruly i.e. sitting on people's car's, throwing trash everywhere, loud neighbors, creeky floors etc. I am not completing my lease. This place is for people that don't care about their environment. Desperately in need of a renovation.

Yes you can hear the people above you walk. The internet is some what good but you have to keep resetting it also i think you you have to get your own service through Tel-com. As far as electric and water it depends on your usage if you use a lot of water and have all kind of things running then your bill will be high
