Genesis worked with him to custom make the ring of my dreams. We recently just purchased my wedding band here too and with the help of Ryan, it looks just as great! This was my first experience buying an engagement ring. Showing up to Genesis I was paired with Ina. Knowing absolutely nothing, Ina helped me in picking out a band and diamond. I knew the style I wanted but didn’t know how to piece it together. With my budget and lack of knowledge Ina created a ring I know she will love. Also the owner took the time to introduce himself and be present which I thought was a great representation of their commitment to Genesis clients. Overall the experience was very easy and most of all not stressful. Huge shoutout to Ina and the Genesis of Brentwood team!

What a amazing experience. I walked in completely overwhelmed. Stephanie immediately came to help. She took the time to explain things. I was also very happy that the Vice President came over and introduce himself as well. I felt that they really cared about making this an amazing experience. By the time I left I had a ring picked out. They had to make it and set the diamond. I was on a time crunch to get it so I could propose like I had planned. I was very happy when I got the call it was ready. And it was ready two days early. The ring was way better than I imagined it to be. I was shocked when I saw it and I was also speechless. She said yes and she absolutely loves it.
