The place is under renovation, there are helpful people out front to take your order. They found a phone case for me despite their inventory saying it was out of stock.

They are currently remodeling the store, and instead of just closing it for the remodel, they are making the employees get the product name from the customer then the employees go and grab it and you pay right at the entrance You can also order online and pick up at the front entrance which makes a lot more sense.

Yes. It depends on which iPhone you have. I don't believe the store sells batteries so you would have to replace the entire phone and do a data transfer.
