Painful, because I was hurting and had to stand for a hour and a half. Before I got in the building. I tried to call and renew online but, could not connect. I also tried to call and make an appointment. It is so very sad that this going no.

I went there not aware that an appointment was needed, I won't allowed to make an appointment there, the site won't let me send in for the appointment, the phone has been off the hook since Thursday~ How am I supposed to get in touch with them~
