I rented last year. At that time, the cost was $35/hour for residents of Roanoke Rapids and $55/hour for non residents. You have to rent for a minimum of two hours. If you want to decorate or set up for your event, you can't enter the building ahead of your scheduled time. So you might want to allocate some of your rental time for that purpose, if you need it. You can play music. I'm not familiar with the usage of the outdoor space because we didn't use it. Here is a phone number to call for more details..252.533.2855
