Only got part of my order and was told by the driver that they would be back with the rest. Called 40min later to see what was up and they told us they were heading out with them. We never received the rest of the order or a refund for what we never got.

I used to love this pizza place. No longer, told them I wanted medium crust the middle 1 between thin and Chicago deep dish. Delivery driver show up 2 hours later with thin crust. I told him to take it back or refund my money. I had already handed him $56 for 2 pizza that weren't correct. He calls manager owner. Drivers in front of my house. Would not give me my cash back after waiting 2hours for wrong order! I haven't order since and will Never order from Pizza Factory again. Ill drive my butt up to Little Ceasar before I would give pizza Factory a dime. Manager/ owner was a arrogant as'ho''e!
