Received discount coupon for an oil and filter change. Coupon stated No appointment needed. I was in the area on a Monday morning. Had concerns that I could get in. I did get waited on right away, by Tom, in service. He advised me it would be about 1 1/2 hour wait. I was okay with that. He escorted me to the comfortable, convenient waiting room with coffee, water, snacks and WiFi. My car was completed in less time. Thank you to Tom. I’ll be back.
