Typical hotel room. It was pretty pricey for what it was but it seemed to be the going rate for this area. It was clean enough, a little outdated but you could see where they had made updates. There was not much equipment in the fitness center. They had one of the best continental breakfasts that I have ever seen. Scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage links, pancake machine, lots of pastries, fruit, yogurt. Any kind of drink that you could want. They even had what was needed to make good hot tea, it’s all about the honey for me, sugar won’t do. Barb was the breakfast attendant and she was very sweet.

Positive: Staff were friendly. Free coffee is good. Room was all right. Negative: We really, really needed help moving luggage, and no one could assist. We have a 3-month-old daughter and tons of stuff for her (baby bath tub, bouncer, etc.) We asked for a luggage rack and none was available. Had to make many trips up/down to room.

The front desk was helpful, the room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. My husband felt the mattress was a little hard. The bathroom was a little outdated with some tiles missing, but adequate. Breakfast was decent. Overall a nice stay and I would stay here again.

Location – excellent for dining out & shopping Timber Creek restaurant next door is excellent Hotel – 3 story needing some upgrades luggage carriers are old and dirty.. front lobby needs renovating.. Room – needs updating – poor lighting – no USB outlets.. needs better cleaning – several cob webs in room and mold in bathroom.. Internet – average – 18 mbps down, 27 mbps up Breakfast – standard fare – no toaster, thus no toast, bagels, etc Summary : in need of renos – carpet in breakfast area very stained and worn... the hotel has not made any improvements since we started staying there several years ago ! We will not stay here again !
