Positive: The location was easy to find off the highway. The hotel was clean and they offered breakfast. They are pet friendly. Negative: My room was on the end of a hall near an exit door, and people were going in and out all night. It made it hard to sleep. Pet friendly yes, but not allowed to leave pet in room unattended making it hard to get dinner.

I am giving this place a 5 star review so that the employees are not impacted negatively by the review. Every employee at this hotel was amazing, very helpful and kind. It is very apparent to me however that the company is not doing enough for the location. The place is kinda falling apart. Broken windows, old carpets, thin walls, etc.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location has poor cell service, which cannot be changed. Just unexpected. The only downside was the breakfast. We have stayed in several levels of Choice Hotels with different levels of choices for breakfast, but this one seemed to have the bare minimum.

Don't expect five star service and lobby. It is a Inn. Nice for over night stay. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I never intended to have breakfast there so can't comment too much. It is a basic breakfast with bananas, cereals, Waffles and juices and teas or coffee. Close to grove city outlet mall.
