My experience was awesome. Mr. John Scott was very knowledgeable about the mattress that we purchased. He was patient as we experienced the feel of the various mattress that Badcock has. He explained the warranty and the assurance that Badcock stand behind the quality of all their merchandise. I felt comfortable in our purchase and I would most definitely purchase again.

I would not recommend this store to ANYBODY. I have had to go to corporate for an issue that was never resolved and they have given me nothing but trouble. We been with them over 20 years now we just recently ordered from there and they act like they don’t even care about this Issues this will be the last product that I ever get from badcock , I don’t know if it’s the customer service of Rocky Mount Badcock , We just purchased a $5000 product and it’s horrible they gave us one day to return we didn’t have time to test it out, Corporate have to do something about this location, so over this
