I cannot say enough good about this company! We bought and above ground pool in the middle of summer and they had it installed within a week! Bryan Daniel in Nashville was great to work with and the service department has been great! They didn’t disappear after the sale was done and they back their products. Service techs are nice but rarely told the full extent of the reason for them coming out. It takes multiple visits for them to get a problem fixed. Very frustrating to deal with issues over and over again.

Installers broke steps thin had a leak first thing I'm know a happy camper they tell me steps will be here Tues day a week after installed no I'm not happy at all

The service man came two days early he replaced a part then in a flash was gone just as fast as he arrived. Pretty easy stuff I suppose, for the professionals. Would have given them a 5 star if he hadn't forgot the strips I had asked him for.

I was told the reading are off because of the two pouches we put in. .Tip everytime I change my filter I put phosphate in it, about a 1/2 cup. Also when you open your pool put some in you will never have another problem. Now my pool is 18 round. 54 deep. 10,000 water. Hope this help.

They deliver and setup all over they have stores in Nashville and surrounding towns they will go over that with you before you make a purchase and they are good about helping out if you have any issues once it's installed
They have a third party finance company you can finance through I think they have pretty competitive rates and I have heard of them as high as 55,000
They will deliver and if desired install the new liner. You'll want to call for pricing and availability. I use Family Leisure exclusively for my pool needs. They've always been more than fair in every respect. I'll put a little update here. They came to install my new liner and found rust in the walls of my pool. Yeah it's 18 tears old so I wasn't surprised. To Thier credit they refused to install just s liner due to the possibility of premature and catastrophic failure. I wound up buying a new pool and having it installed. Hated spending the money but I wanted to do it right. I appreciate the honesty and concern on the part of this company for my continued enjoyment and safety. I highly recommend Family Leisure got your outdoor entertainment needs.

Not certain, but we talked with them 3 or 4 years ago because I had bleached ours out with shock. Estimate at that time for 16x32 was just under $3000.
Take a sample into the store so they can test it and advise you to a better course of action. Shock it..?

They talk a great talk but actually doing the talk is a whole different situation. They are all smoke and mirrors . Buy inline or from another business. Just look at their non paid reviews.
