Working with this company was a constant headache. The bus was 45 minutes late picking us up for our trip and did not contact anyone saying they’d be late. After the first big leg of our trip, we waited for a driver change with 40 high schoolers at a gas station for an hour and a half. We lost a lot of time of our trip at no fault of our own. We were also told on our last day that we would be leaving 2 hours earlier than we had planned. This is not what our itinerary on our predetermined schedule said. When we asked the company if we could stay to finish out our schedule and leave at that already predetermined time, they declined. They threatened that if we weren’t on the bus when they said we had to be, they would leave us in New York City (with 40 high school students).

A big shout-out to Wise Coaches for again exceeding our expectations! We have used other transportation companies in the past for our sporting events, but nobody compares to Wise. I would highly recommend! - Coach Murphy

worst service from a company ever. first off the company was almost an hour late picking up our group. We had a group of 40+ waiting at a truck stop for over an hour (as the driver was fueling and looking for a fuel additive). Not only were we delivered to our destination two and a half hours late, they were very disrespectful of our group's time and itinerary. Trip was paid for and notes made and agreed on of stops and lengths of stay at stops. Disregarded by Wise Coaches. Management was notified and leadership was disrespectful when questioned and hung up the phone on the coordinator of the trip (I know this as I was sitting close to the front of the bus and could hear the conversation). Will never take another trip if we find out this company is who the travel agency is using.
