Every since Rio Ranch was purchased by Cardenas weeks ago...the air conditioning has become nearly non existent in the location on Baseline & the temperature conditions are very hot for both employee & customer. The lines are ridiculously long after five p.m. most of the time & they only recently began making an express lane open with any type of regularity. The Arabian product selection has decreased since being purchased by Cardenas...So, I recommend go to Albertsons or up the street to the Mart on Highland for Arabian products. I wouldn't waste your time going there at this time...unless you just have to have some of their excellent produce selection....rather wait til they fix the air conditioning. The actual Cardenas up the street has humane working conditions. Standing in line I feel like I'm going to pass out with no air conditioning. As soon as heard Río was pruchased by Cardenas my prediction was....it will probably be cleaner...&, the prices will go up. That's exactly what happened. Shop at Río in the early morning or in the winter. Until, then for now their lack of air conditioning makes shopping there a hot buy - literally

Me n my wife pam eat and shop there. , yes but several times we were at the food area and we have had some bad times there waiting for our food and let the manager know as well

1/2 sheet cake was bad 2nd time purchasing a bakery product. The first time the cupcake were molded. Time to call health department and report them.

Rio Ranch Market is a total bust! Omg the smell from the meat department was disgusting and revolting. It smells like hot A$$ on a summer day! Spoiled yucky sour smell just permeating throughout the entire store. The only thing decent about this store is their cheap produce, but I couldn't get past the horrible smell. Also the employees have attitudes and are not welcoming at all. I would not recommend coming here.
