Always an amazing shopping experience at this location. Staff is super helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Lots of great deals and new items so obviously this place gets busy but why would it not be ?! It's Victorias Secret and such an amazing store. They will continue to have my business.

I only give it 5 stars cause my wife likes it. Don't get me wrong it has its place among girly stores, I just think they are way over priced and too commercialized. My wife sure looks pretty and smells good too.

Came in to buy some Christmas gifts and this really very visibly annoyed employee named Brittany asked if I needed help. Told her no, I was fine thanks. I assumed she was just having a bad day so I didn't want to make it worse. She then scoffed and walked off with her attitude. She kept watching me and talking to another employee, which looked like she was laughing at me but wearing a mask, it was hard to tell so I'll let that go. A bit later, I was looking for something and couldn't find it so I walked towards her to ask, hoping she'd be a bit better by now. I said "Excuse me" and she looked right at me and walked away. There were no other customers needing her attention and she just walked off fidgeting with her tape measure. I saw her later walking around the mall and she did the same thing where she gave me a dirty look and then laughed at me. This time I knew I wasn't crazy. So sad that I can't even shop comfortably without someone acting like an entitled bully. I hope this location watches this employee's behavior towards customers.

This place was just fantastic—slick and classy, full of atmosphere and upbeat music. Their products are gorgeous and the service top-rate. The prices were not exorbitant. They have some products for men, also. My husband just loved the place. We’ll definitely go back.
