I was there with my Daughter and Granddaughters to sign them up for activities. The staff is beyond phenomenal. The amazing woman behind the desk ( not sure of her name) is so informative, patient and great at what she does. Great job Cliffdale Rec Center. You guys rock!!!

They don't teach sports, but do offer various sports on varying levels.
I've been to other rec centers (like Westover's pool) where you can pay per day/person, but it wasn't expensive.
