No events are hosted by this facility, and the food has gone way downhill in the past year. A few times a year they have a BBQ, and each week they have a little something on one of the floors, but no travel and no trips for fun or anything like that. I am actively looking to move my mom to another home. There are way to few washers and dryers for the residents, and Internet is not available either…although it was a year ago.

If they live in the Independent Living area.

My cousin is in manorcare in pinehurst. She was undiagnosed with dementia. She wants to relocate to Fayetteville near the family. Do you take dementia patients?

Actually we can. We are not a locked unit nor specialty care so she would have to be assesed, but We have people in our independent community that actually have early stages of dementia and are living a normal life. Just depends on the situation and person. Come on in any time for information.

My mother in law has been there for 3 years and she is treated very poorly . They keep raising her rent which was supposed to be locked at one price when she moved in and it has been raised 3 times since . Now she is being told that if she doesn't pay she will be evicted and they will seize all her furniture .

Do you have at hair salon? I am a N.C license Cosmotelogist interested in working 1 or 2 days a week .
