He handled an unfortunate manufacturer issue with compassion, understanding and made the situation right!! The manager Mike is well organized and ready to help as well. My original contact was Darrell- this guy is a wonderful person to help narrow down options. He has vast product understanding and he's extremely patient with "high maintenance" (I admit it!) customers like me. Great people make great organizations!

I needed tile for a guest house. BFD has a great selection! Impressed with the number of choices. The staff was super helpful. I felt bad because it was so hot & they loaded pur trailer by hand. 35 cases. They never complained. Great folks. I will definitely return if/when we need flooring again.
