The grounds are open daily, but its best to call them. You don't have to speak Vietnamese.

I think the Temple opens everyday from 8AM to 9PM for everyone who like to come for praying. Especially on Sunday, there is ceremony, praying and open conversation, Q/A from 10:30 AM to 11:30 PM. Free lunch (Temple's food) will be served at 12 PM. There is a Donation box in the Main Room if you like to make a contribution for the Temple.
