Parked here for around 11 hours on a Saturday. From close to 1pm-after 11pm. We paid as we went in, received a text that we didn’t need to do anything at the end of the day except leave the garage. A month later, I receive a letter for an unpaid ticket; the original price of $30 PLUS a $70 violation fee. Again, even though we clearly paid and had the receipts to prove it. I’m not sure if it’s a glitch in their system or what, but it also wasn’t easy to dispute. I provided screenshots of the text I received and the charge hitting my bank statement. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE.

You have to make sure to lock your car. There is a homeless lady that steals from unlocked cars, day and night.
