An excellent tattoo parlor. Finding a new artist, sight unseen, can be stressful and Oxbow helped a lot by talking to me about specific style needs and preferences. The space is clean and very chill, and I've never walked out of an appointment without a conversation that made the tattoo experience richer.

I had my tattoo done by Eric Talbot. I got Poppies done in my left hip/thigh. The amount of detail and care that was done was absolutely amazing!! I’m in love with it, it’s incredibly stunning! He was super professional and I love the design he came up with! The shading is exactly what I wanted. It’s stunning, can’t say that enough! Super recommend!
