Questions & Answers

We have windows that are painted shut in the kitchen; they are original from 1955. They are old Pella windows, crank handles. We'd like to update these with minimum damage to the "frame" that surrounds the windows. Can this be done? Thank you

R & R Window is a commercial glazing company and doesn’t do residential work. However, contact your local Pella dealership and they should be able to help determine if replacement sash are available for your older model.

i have low e windows install but the locks broke where can i buy replacement locks
