Poor value. Charges $185 for a $15 kit you can order on Amazon and 10 minutes to squirt resin into the glass. The repair was fine. I did my other vehicle with the $15 Amazon kit and it turned out perfectly as well.

I never leave reviews but for this service I needed to make an exception. Absolutely awful. They canceled on me twice, can’t get on the phone with anyone, and the rare chance I do, no one knows what’s going on, multiple times I’ve been told a manager will call me back with answers, they never do. It’s been a month since someone broke into my truck and still nothing from Safelite. I’d go with someone else in a heartbeat but insurance won’t pay out.

Yes just let them know the make and model. The only ones they don't repair are sun roofs. Usually the dealerships do the sun roofs.
