The repairs so far are ok. It hasn’t been long enough for me to really judge if it was done effectively. My complaint is with customer service. The rerun process was absolutely horrible… They said it would be ready for pick up Wednesday. I was flying out that day, so they changed for Tuesday (after labor day). Since it was suppose to be done and ready for pick up since Wednesday, it was suppose to be a breeze. I asked before hand what was the earliest pick up time. They said 7:30am. I got there that morning and I didn’t get my car till almost 9:30am. I was late for work because they didn’t stay with what was agreed to. This caused a mayor issue for me at work. I wish they would be have better communicated with me, so that I could’ve picked it up at a better time. Very very very disappointed…

Yes, the company does purchase OEM from the dealer. Caliber also follows insurance guidelines as well.
While I'm not 100% certain abt this, I am pretty sure that they DON'T rent out vehicles.
