I called today and the person (parts dept) was extremely kind and helped me work out what I was looking for even with my terrible description the part. He was able to explain to me what I was actually looking for and was very nice and did not talk down to me even though I am sure it would have been easy to do. I don't leave reviews often but I really appreciated his help and kindness!

The key to my 370Z wheel locks has been lost. Michael went above and beyond to work me into a busy schedule, remove the wheel locks and install new lug nuts in there place. I have never had a bad experience at Missoula Nissan and will continue to seek there services any time I need service on my vehicles. Job well done again.

It was an easy process and very fast. The things were changed as expected. There was no we didn’t do that, you’ll need to bring it back; with a huge expensive bill at the end.
