I think it’s interesting how someone else just reviewed this place stating they find them incredibly rude. I couldn’t agree more. I’ve been here a bunch of times largely because Flora gives amazing massages and the facility is nice. The staff that have done my nails have been extremely rude to me and my nails don’t look great either. They can’t do basic designs, and instead of just saying so, they do horrible work and get mad at you for it. I’ve been burned with the file many times, cut in multiple places, and generally talked down to. They don’t respect appointment times and last time I went, the girl doing my nails literally would not use the powder color I chose. Other techs have rushed me out and given me depressingly bad manis, giving me attitude when I ask them to file a nail a little more or if I ask them to add a tip to a broken nail. More than anything, I’ll never go back her as the staff are rude and I never leave happy with how my nails look.

This place is rudiest place ever! I went for manicure and pedicure, and they did my pedicure and then kicked me out after becuase they didn’t “have time” for my manicure. When I waited 20 minutes for a pedicure and specifically told them I needed a manicure as well. They have no customer service and are very rude I will never use this place again! Very raciest! Horrible horrible please avoid !!!!

Professional, really clean, skilled, friendly and accommodating. My daughter got a great massage, and an SNS manicure, which looks amazing! We both got great pedicures. Jessica is very professional, trustworthy and friendly.
