They just resided my house and was so disappointed. Their "crew" was 1 man. His girlfriend showed up 3 days. The 1st day, they brought a pit bull and put it in my back yard. (I have 2 small Yorkies, one is 2 1/2 lbs. The "crew" couldn't speak English, so no communication was possible. I called project manager and told him They brought a out. He said it was unacceptable and said he would tell them to remove the dog. Second day, the dog is back, told him again. Today, the dog was back again and the project manager could care less. This man was rude, LIED, and the worst attitude I have ever come across. I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. We didn't get what we were promised! Horrible nightmare!!!!

Once Champion has earned your business, we'll schedule a day for installation. Our installer will walk through your home with you to explain the process and answer any questions you may have. Before beginning the install we will put down drop cloths in your home to protect your floors from dirt and debris. We replace each window one at a time to limit the number of openings for energy loss. We tightly seal the area around the window and also replace the trim. Then we haul away and safely dispose of your old windows and clean up any debris. Finally, we will walk through your home and do a final inspection with you to make sure everything is in perfect order. We will show you how your new windows function, how to clean them, and answer any questions you may have.
