Once Champion has earned your business, we'll schedule a day for installation. Our installer will walk through your home with you to explain the process and answer any questions you may have. Before beginning the install we will put down drop cloths in your home to protect your floors from dirt and debris. We replace each window one at a time to limit the number of openings for energy loss. We tightly seal the area around the window and also replace the trim. Then we haul away and safely dispose of your old windows and clean up any debris. Finally, we will walk through your home and do a final inspection with you to make sure everything is in perfect order. We will show you how your new windows function, how to clean them, and answer any questions you may have.
1. Have a sales guy come out and promise the sun and the moon. 2. Wait a few weeks and a measument guy will come out and mismesure your project and ignore vents and other potential code issues. 3. Wait two or three months to have them bring the product out and not be able to finish because "the measurements were wrong". But don't worry the windows will be in "soon" (aka 4 weeks). 4. Have the product finished and installed. Wait a month or two and see things starting to leak, gap and fog. 5. Try to contact customer service 6.get no response or get pushed off for weeks. 7. Maybe get your problem fixed. OR Skip 1-7 and go with a different company.
