Just No. Unbelievable. I just picked up my QUEEN sized comforter. When I pointed out that the receipt was incorrect because it listed it as a KING and they wanted to charge me $27, she tried to tell me it was because of the weight of the queen sized comforter. First of all, the prices are clearly listed on the wall. Second, I have always paid $20 at that laundromat . The cost has always been $20 for the same comforter. Up until today, I have been very happy with the service. And to top it all off - they didn’t even fold the comforter! Just shoved it in the bag. Horrible. Needless to say, I paid the $27 because I need my comforter. Bottoms line - go to a different laundromat. Plenty of other laundromats in the area with lower costs with staff that don’t CHEAT YOU.
