Hotel is very dirty. Front desk person tried to help, looked at 6 different rooms to find a clean one to sleep in after late evening arrival. Hotel is old and falling apart. Breakfast was pathetic. No remote for TV and one towel. Pool is not functional. Do not stay here.

I booked with Hotwire on June 17 2022 for 3 nights and got this hotel, I called and asked if the pool was working and they said no... I therefore requested Hotwire to cancel my reservation. Hot wire contacts this hotel and this hotel LIES that I checked in. How wrong... I am still in conversation with Hotwire to resolve this issue. Never lie to clients plz. Very bad business ethics.... I have all my conversations documentsed

Negative: The room was not clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower. The towels had stains on them. Even the packaged bar of soap had dirt on it. Overall it just seemed like no one had actually cleaned this room before we stayed in it.

From the minute I walked up to the dirty front doors I knew this place wasn’t good. Confirmed when I got to my room. The door had a large gap where the lock is. Like the door was busted open before. The bed looked slept in. Floor clearly not vacuumed! And no curtains on window. Only a plastic black out curtain that looks original to the building with a large hole in it!! The only Elevator in building is broken. Trash in the stairwell. Will never stay here again and advise you not too.
