It is hit or miss at this location. Occasionally the food is good but June 3 2022 it was terrible. The app was not working correctly and the food tasted awful.

Visited the Pizza Hut in Raymond, MS. Service was fast, food was hot! Got home and pizza and cheese sticks where delicious. This Pizza Hut has not disappointed me yet.

I just left there and I ordered a dinner box. For starters the employees at this restaurant are rude and their customer service skills are non existent. I get sometimes your annoyed and irritated at work but don’t take it out on customers who are spending money there. She first had an attitude with me because I asked her why do they charge for pepper and cheese. Then I had hair in my pizza and I requested a refund,and she told me to wait outside in the rain.I said no mam it’s cold I’m not waiting outside . Then she slapped my refund in my hand and told me to “keep the food” I said no mam I’m not keeping it it had. Hair in it that’s quite disgusting and she threw the box of pizza across the floor.I will never go back here again ,I know they don’t care cause it isn’t their business, I just don’t get why she was rude to me when it’s their fault they didn’t provide good customer service and also they were wrong because they should’ve had a hair net on. lastly as I walked in she was cutting some one else’s pizza without gloves on that’s very unsanitary we’re in a world pandemic. PIZAA HUT IN RAYMOND MS ON MAIN STREET PLEASE DO BETTER BECAUSE YALL ARE HORRIBLE.
