The so called manager at the elizabeth lake store in waterford michigan was so rude and would not help my family. He pushed me and my daughter out the door. He refused to provide a supervisor phone number. HE SAID I DID NOT PROVIDE A TIP And refused my order! i said i pay cash to the driver. He has blonde shoulder length hair. He does not have the proper attitude retail and customer service need. I have been a loyal customer of this Dominos for 10 years. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM OR RECOMMEND DOMINOS. I AM GOING PUBLIC AS I HAVE RECORDED EVERYTHING he said. This occured at about 9pm wednesday july 20 2022. Im heading over to BURGER KING now. My family is hungry and im a 58 year old mom of teens and a crippled husband and we simply wanted pizza!!! I think the media can help make this right

Pizza wasn't hot, bread wasn't hot, pasta wasn't hot and chicken wasn't hot. Then didn't even get my cinnamon twist that I ordered. Called and they said they would give me free cinnamon twist with my next order, but its not free when I have already paid for it and have to spend extra time and money for gas to get what I already paid for. Love spending almost $60 and not getting at the very least what I ordered. Thanks a lot....smh!

Ordered 2 medium pizzas for pick up One all veggies but only green peppers and on=ions on it. The other double bacon and double cheese and hardly any cheese on it. They advertise get a $3.00 off coupon on your next carry out but only employee in there had no idea and no managers around. Have been trying to call since and they do not answer phones. E-mailed corporate and no response. They do not care what this franchise does or how bad their service is. I will NEVER be back to any Dominos

Very disappointed. Ordered pasta bowl and the alfredo sauce was glopped on AFTER the bowl went through the oven, which resulted in my food being an uneven temperature and couldn't even eat it until I got home that evening after mixing it up and throwing it in my oven. Manager there appears unprofessional and seems to not care about the type of quality of food going out of that store. Probably should train your management and their employees on how to provide better service and deliver a higher quality of food to customers.

They constantly have new employees there. They are not accurate or good anymore. I stopped going there as well.

Maybe think as to why I would post such a thing, as late as I am, had been calling on speakerphone since around 9pm, with phone logs, put a little thought into a response please
Sometimes the phone network is not working properly. Try ordering online. You get more coupons that way too.
