I’m extremely disappointed by my purchase and subsequent customer service dealing with a defective product. The oven is not working on my brand new range and they are unwilling to help me get it replaced by the manufacturer. Everyone I talk to keeps passing the buck, they want me to work with the manufacturer. Apparently they don’t stand behind what they sell? I would not recommend purchasing anything from them unless you are willing to jump through hoops if something goes wrong!

Very friendly person answered the phone. Easy and quick to schedule repair. Technician called ahead to say they were on their way; patient and knowledgeable. Reasonable price. I will definitely use Poletski's again.

The availability of used appliances is a hit and miss situation but in general for a used range you should plan on somewhere around $500 you can also go online at poletski's. Com to view the website but used appliances are not posted they're calling your store could be your best bet
Both times we've been there, there was at least one employee who never masked up and other employees rushed to put in their masks when we showed up.
I'm looking for a good dishwasher. What brands do you carry and what are the prices? BOSCH???
